As all designs are custom made, OneFour Design does not provide returns or refunds of any kind due to dissatisfaction, change of mind or cancellation. All deposits are non-refundable.
All items are thoroughly checked, counted and packaged safely prior to shipping to your nominated delivery address, therefore OneFour Design is not responsible for any loss or damage occurred whilst in transit.

If however, you are not completely satisfied with the product or service you receive please get in contact to discuss options and so an appropriate solution can be found.
