Below is a step by step guide on how to order your amazing stationery.

We offer a range of unique designs which include everything from save the dates, and invitations to welcome signs, seating charts, menus and everything in between.
The semi-custom collections are designed to keep your stationery journey simple, yet each piece can be tweaked to suit your event aesthetic. You can choose to customise the papers, colour schemes, shapes and extras. Check out our Design Guide to see all your options!
Couldn’t find exactly what you are looking for? No worries, custom designing is my jam! Get in contact to discuss options. Together we will create amazing stationery perfect for you!
You’ve finally decided on what you’d like to order, great!
Add it to the cart along with your colour options, extras and anything we need to know. Once you have placed your order, please allow 72 hours for us to get in contact with you. We will reach out via email to request your preferred wording, names, dates etc.
Once we receive your information the fun begins…
Work starts as soon as we receive your approved wording (and deposit for custom designs). Expect to see your first proof within 3 business days (custom designs may take longer as every part will be just that… custom!).
We will work with you during the design stage to ensure that you LOVE your stationery. For the semi-custom collections, there are two rounds of changes included. For custom designs, three rounds of revisions are included. Make sure to check all details and information in the proofs.
As soon as you provide your approval on the final proofs they are sent to the printers!
Timeframes for printing vary based on the method in which your stationery is printed.
Digital and white ink printing: approx. 2 weeks
Foil, letterpress and embossing:Â approx. 3 weeks
Plus shipping times
We quality check all pieces of stationery and can assemble your invitation suites for you (just let us know).
We then wrap and package your items ready for delivery to you - or you can collect in person in Canberra.
We use Australia Post for the majority of our deliveries.
