Terms + Conditions

All designs are the property of OneFour Design and may not be copied or reproduced. OneFour Design reserves the right to publish designs created on any website or social media platform, omitting any identifying data such as addresses or contact details. Should you prefer to not have your stationery published, please notify via email.

Quotes are strictly valid for 30 days from the invoice date. Thereafter, prices are subject to change. Once a deposit is received, prices are guaranteed for 3 months.

A 25% deposit is required to commence your project. The balance is due on approval of artwork. Printing will not begin until you have approved your artwork and final payment has been received.

Deposits are non-refundable.

It is your responsibility to check all details, including spelling and punctuation on all items of your stationery. By providing your final approval, you accept responsibility for the information in the designs and OneFour Design will not be held responsible for any errors found post final approval. Once you have provided your final approval, any further changes or reprints will incur an additional fee.

Semi-Custom collections include two rounds of revisions. After that, revisions will be charged at a flat fee of $50. Fonts, layout and designs in the semi-custom collection cannot be changed. We will accept minor changes to personalised text and colouring. Note that small layout changes may be made to accommodate your personalised information.  

Bespoke or custom designs include three rounds of revisions. After that, revisions will be charged at $50 per revision. Once a concept has been agreed upon and design work has commenced, any major changes to the design will incur a fee.

Semi-Custom Collections: Please allow for between 3-6 weeks for completed designs, printing and shipping.

Bespoke: Please allow for between 4-8 weeks for completed designs, printing and shipping.

On the Day stationery: It is recommended that you get in contact with us 3 months prior to your event to discuss options and commence design works. Final details are required a minimum of 4 weeks prior to your event. Any later than this and you risk your items not being completed and shipped to you in time.

Please allow 72 hours to hear from us post placing your online order. We will reach out to request correct wording information, guest names etc. Please allow up to three business days to receive your first proof, post submitting your wording. Please allow up to three business days for revised design proofs after receipt of your feedback.

Please note that these timeframes are an estimate, whilst every effort has and will be made to adhere to the above timeframes, delays may occur due to how quickly you respond, printing methods (ie. letterpress, embossing etc.) and/or shipping delays.

Should you require your stationery sooner, a ‘rush service’ is available for an additional fee. Please get in contact to discuss options.

Colours may differ from screen to screen as well as when printed. If you are unsure of a colour or paper stock, it is best to purchase a sample pack. Small variations can occur during printing and can include differences in colour, texture and positioning.

We offer a wide range of paper stock and envelopes, however if you have another colour in mind, please get in touch as we have access to many more options.

Please note stock availability is subject to change without notice. Should your chosen items become unavailable, a suitable alternative will be suggested.

As all designs are custom made, OneFour Design does not provide returns or refunds of any kind due to dissatisfaction, change of mind or cancellation. All deposits are non-refundable.

All items are thoroughly checked, counted and packaged safely prior to shipping to your nominated delivery address, therefore OneFour Design is not responsible for any loss or damage occurred whilst in transit.

If however, you are not completely satisfied with the product or service you receive please get in contact to discuss options and so an appropriate solution can be found.

OneFour Design reserves the right to amend any part of the terms and conditions at any time. Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. Access and use of this website and our service constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
